Lance Collie JD MBA is an experienced Title Attorney, focused on facilitating the closing of transactions by providing value added legal consultation to parties engaged in the purchase and sale of real property in the Great State of Texas.

As the Senior Attorney Advisor for Texas Security Title, Lance’s primary functions will be to assist our Escrow Officers and parties to cure title issues and get to the closing table.

Lance was seasoned in the title industry working as an associate attorney with Mike Lucksinger and Highland Lakes Title, both recently celebrating their 40th year in the business.

Prior to law school Lance worked with P&G in the Healthcare division as a leader in the Healthcare Consumer Institute, working to provide our channel partners with a better understanding of their 65+ consumers, that encompassed complex business and consumer analytics, while becoming a published international expert on this consumer cohort.

Before P&G Lance served globally in the United States Marine Corps, in the far flung climes of Okinawa Japan, St. Petersburg Russia, and San Jose Costa Rica. Semper Fi!

When not curing title issues Lance enjoys Sporting Clays as an NSCA Certified instructor and competitor, and Brazilian Ju Jitsu. 

Wyatt followed his grandfather's footsteps in helping Austin grow. He owned and operated a construction company for 11 years, where he helped people build their homes and businesses.

Wyatt also worked alongside insurance companies to help restore people's homes in times of tragedy, due to fire and flood.

Wyatt has spent the last seven years helping Austin grow in the residential and commercial realm of Title. He has utilized his experience in building to help numerous builders and developers with all their title needs. He also works with realtors and homeowners to make sure the buying process goes as smoothly as possible.

When Wyatt is not working you can find him with family and friends enjoying all the wonderful things Austin has to offer.
